These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of personnn.com, including all services, apps, code, prompts, personalities, interfaces, and systems built by Azomland, LLC. By accessing our tools or website, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on personnn.com is the intellectual property of Azomland, LLC. This includes but is not limited to the Personnn OS, the MCP Protocol, trained personalities (Souls), prompts, apps, source code, documentation, and digital assets.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools provided for personal or educational use only. Commercial use requires explicit written permission from Azomland, LLC.

• You may not reverse engineer, resell, clone, or copy any part of the Personnn system without explicit permission.
• Do not use the platform for harmful, illegal, or discriminatory purposes.
• Azomland reserves the right to revoke access, suspend accounts, or modify services at any time.

Each user is the sole owner of the data they upload and the AI model they train (their Personnn). Every Personnn model is hosted in a separate, isolated container to ensure complete data segregation, privacy, and control.

It is strictly prohibited to upload or use data from third parties without their explicit consent. If the Personnn is to be trained for a minor, the account must be created and managed jointly by the parents or legal guardians—never by just one party.

You are fully responsible for your own dataset and training process. All interactions, files, and prompts sent to your Personnn contribute to its learning process and are stored solely within your private instance.

While Azomland, LLC implements best practices in cloud security, we cannot guarantee absolute data protection. By using Personnn.com, you acknowledge this inherent risk and agree not to hold Azomland, LLC liable for any data-related issues.

To request deletion of your data or your Personnn model, please email [email protected]. We will permanently remove your instance within a reasonable timeframe.

Personnn is an experimental system involving LLMs and real-time AI interfaces. You acknowledge that results may vary and that Azomland, LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from user misuse or over-reliance on the AI system.

Services are provided “as is,” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
